The EZ Ration Processor eliminates the situations where the strong cows get all the good stuff and the weaker cows get all the filler. It also eliminates having to feed the good stuff one day and the filler the next day, which causes the constant readjusting of the microbes in the ruminant. The really great news is that with the EZ Ration Processor you can feed less total tonnage and you can feed a higher percentage of filler. In most cases the feed cost savings will be between 20% to 50%, and can be even more. You can also feed in less time, with less labor and machinery, and the cattle will do a lot better on the balanced ration. Blend 2 bales and carry a 3rd bale The round bale EZ Ration Processor will be designed to blend two bales and carry a third bale. This allows the producer to blend one higher quality bale with two lower quality bales. --When feeding a balanced, cost efficient ration, quite often you end up blending one bale of the high quality roughage with two bales of the lower quality filler roughage.-- However, the EZ Ration Processor's patented ability to run the floors independently and at different speeds will allow the roughage to be blended in any desired ratio for maximum feeding efficiency. The ratio can also be changed on the go to feed different classes of livestock. -- One producer stated that he had a lot of old round bales that he couldn't feed or use unless he purchased a round bale EZ Ration Processor. The Grapple option Load the EZ Ration Processor from the comfort of the tractor seat utilizing the grapple's remote controls. The grapple will also eliminates the need to scatter out your round bales so you can load them later. Soon producers will be able to stack their bales and load them directly off of the stack, this can further reduce hay loss. Grapple Remote Joystick Controller One of the really cool features of the optional self loading grapple is the Joystick controller which you will be able to operate from the cab of the tractor -- you will be able to operate 4 functions by moving the joystick up - down - right & left -- pull the trigger and those same motions operate 4 more functions - the rocker button on the top of the joystick will open and close the grapple Tractor Requirements for the Round Bale EZ Ration Processor A thousand speed PTO will be required. A minimum of a 100 to 120 horse power tractor will be recommended. 16 gpm hydraulic out put will be required. One set of hydraulic hose quick attach will be needed to run the floor chains on the processor and another set will be required to run the optional grapple.The total empty weight of the unit (including the option grapple) is approximately 9000 pounds.
